Trace pattern onto 2-sided fusible, iron to wrong side of black fabric; cut out pattern using small rotary cutter, Exacto knife, or small sharp-pointed scissors. Remove paper and iron to right side of background fabric. Add hanger and hang in window for a beautiful stained glass effect.
